Past Best-By Products Disclaimer

Certain food and consumable items sold through our store may be past their manufacturer’s “Best By” date. The “Best By” date is provided by the manufacturer as an indication of when the product is expected to be at its peak quality and freshness. It is not an expiration date, and products may remain safe for consumption after this date as long as they are properly sealed and stored.

By purchasing any items that are labeled or described as “Past Best-By”, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You understand that the product may be beyond the manufacturer’s suggested “Best By” date.

2. You accept that Epic Steals makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the taste, quality, or freshness of these products.

3. You acknowledge that consumption of any past “Best By” items is done at your own discretion and risk.

4. Epic Steals shall not be held liable or responsible for any illness, injury, or other adverse effects that may result from the consumption of these items.

5. The customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase, handling, storage, and consumption of any “Past Best-By” products.
